Ingredients
1 bunch Mint
1/2 bunch Cilantro
2 tablespoons Ginger, fresh finely chopped
TT Salt TT= To Taste
1 Jalapeno pepper seeds and veins removed
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 cup Onions small dice
1/4-1/2 cup Water for blending
Directions
Clean the mint leaves and cilantro leaves. Add all ingredients except the water together in a blender. Process until smooth adding water to make it the consistency of pancake batter. Season To Taste with salt. Serve, Enjoy!
