I started this website to begin sharing my culinary knowledge with as many people as possible.  With over 15 years of restaurant experience and 10 years teaching full time I have seen a lot.  Some of these skills that I show may be a little difficult for the beginner.  Some of them took me an extremely long time to Master myself so hang in there with some hard work you will get them too.  You will be able to watch the demos, follow the recipes and interact with me through  e-mail giving you a fully interactive experience.
