Ingredients
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Oil for brushing bread
4 slice Italian bread cut 1/4
2 clove Garlic peeled
8 slice Prosciutto thinly sliced
16-20 slice Honey dew melon thinly sliced
Directions
Preheat Grill. Place your balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan over medium heat and reduce to ¼ cup. Put aside for later use. Lightly brush a thin coat of oil on the Italian bread. Place onto a grill long enough to get grill marks onto the bread and repeat for the other side. Remove from heat and rub the garlic clove lightly onto the bread. Place two pieces of prosciutto on to each piece of bread then add the melon. Slice each piece in half ( like a butterfly ). Place two pieces onto each plate then drizzle with the balsamic reduction and serve. Enjoy!
