Ingredients
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Shallots finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
TT Salt and Pepper TT= To Taste
1/4 teaspoon Thyme finely chopped
1 Hard boiled egg sliced in half the long way
6 Nicoise olives
8 Greenn beans blanched, cooked
1 Roma tomato cut into quarters
1 Baby red potato cut into half moons
8 Slices cucumber cut into half moons
1 1/2 cups Romaine lettuce cut into bite size pieces
4 ounce Fresh Tuna seared with salt and pepper cut into 1/4
Directions
- Directions Red wine vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix then set it aside for later use. It is best to do this in advance as it gets better with time.
- Directions Salad Nicoise:
Arrange items in an artistic manner on your plate. You can use the picture as an example. Serve with red wine vinaigrette. Enjoy!
