Ingredients
2 cups Tomatoes small dice, about 4-6 roma tomatoes
2 tablespoons Basil Finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Finely chopped
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Bread
15 slice Baugette sliced about 1/4 inch
2 tablespoons Oil for brushing
2 clove Garlic peeled
Garnish
15 slice Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Basil finely chopped

Directions
Mix all of the ingredients for the tomato mixture and let sit for about thirty minutes. Lightly brush the 15 slices of baguette then place onto the grill to get some color on them. Make sure you get both sides. Remove them from the heat and rub the clove of garlic on it to give it a little garlic flavor. Put a generous amount of the tomato mixture on each piece of bread then garnish with the parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and Sun-Dried Tomato & Rosemary Herb Sea salt, serve immediately. Enjoy!
