Ingredients
3 cups Romaine lettuce cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup Green onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup Avocado small dice
1/2 cup Bacon roughly chopped
1/2 cup Eggs hard boiled roughly chopped
1/2 cup Tomatoes small dice
1/2 cup Smoked turkey small dice
1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbled
Red Wine Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Shallots finely copped
1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Thyme finely chopped
TT Salt and Pepper TT= To Taste
Directions
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
Place all of the ingredients for the red wine vinaigrette in a bowl and mix well. Season To Taste with salt and Pepper then set aside for later use. If possible you can make the vinaigrette a day in advance.
- Cobb Salad
Place the cut greens into your salad bowl mounding them up in the middle. Place each remaining ingredient into rows like you see in the picture. Serve with the red wine vinaigrette. Enjoy!
