Ingredients

10 ounce Heavy cream
4 ounce Parmesan cheese Grated
TT Salt and Pepper TT= To Taste
10 ounce Fettucine Cooked
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped Parsley Garnish

Directions

Place the heavy cream into sautee pan and bring to a boil.  Reduce by 25% then add the cheese.   Season with salt and pepper to your liking.  Add in 10 ounces of cooked fresh fettuccine ensuring that the sauce completely covers the pasta.  Let sit in the pan under low heat to soak up some of the flavors.  Divide amongst two bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.  You can watch my show on how to make fresh pasta along with Alfredo, pesto and white clam sauce @ http://www.cheftomm.com/pasta-making-episode/
