Servings

1 quart

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Water 12 ounces
1 1/2 cups Sugar 12 ounces
1 1/2 cups Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon Lemon zest finely chopped

Directions

Bring the sugar and water to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Let cool completely. Add in the lemon juice and zest and stir well. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place in a container and freeze overnight to achieve proper consistency. Serve, Enjoy!
