Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Water 12 ounces
1 1/2 cups Sugar 12 ounces
1 1/2 cups Lime juice freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon Lime zest finely chopped
Directions
Bring the sugar and water to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Let cool completely. Add in the lime juice and zest and stir well. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place in a container and freeze overnight to achieve proper consistency. Serve, Enjoy!
