Ingredients
2 pounds Fresh ripe mangos
1 cup Water ( 8oz )
1 cup Sugar ( 8oz )
2 cups Mango puree ( 18oz ) ( From fresh mangos )
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Directions
Bring the sugar and water to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Let cool completely. Peel and remove the seeds from the mangos. Puree the mangos in a food processor or blender. Pour about 2 Cups of the puree into a bowl, stir in simple syrup ( sugar water solution ) and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place in a container and freeze overnight to achieve proper consistency. Serve, Enjoy!
