Ingredients

12 ounce All Purpose Flour
8 ounce Butter cut into small cube and kept cold
1 pinch Salt
4 ounce Water ice cold

Directions

Place the flour, butter and salt into your kitchen aid with the paddle attachment.  Mix over slow speed until the butter is the size of peas.  Add the ice cold water and mix until the dough barely comes together.  Divide into two equal pieces and form into a hockey puck shape.  Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
