Ingredients
8 ounce Broccoli, cooked
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 30 Minute Pizza dough Chef Tomm’s Recipe
1 pound Italian sausage cut into bite size pieces
1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
2 Eggs lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Water
Directions
Place the broccoli into a medium size bowl and add the garlic, onion and salt and pepper and mix well. Roll out the pizza dough until it is about 14” round. Place the Italian sausage down the middle 1/3rd of the dough. Place the broccoli, mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the sausage. Take the outer 1/3rds of the dough and fold them over the toppings. Flip it over so the folds are now facing down. Take your two eggs and water and put them into a small bowl, lightly beat until combine. Lightly brush the dough with the egg wash. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let slightly cool and slice into 8 even pieces. Serve, Enjoy!
