2 1/2 cups Water Cold
Directions
Place Jasmine rice into a sauce pan and add water. Bring up to a boil then reduce to a simmer then cover. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is light and fluffy. Do not stir, serve and Enjoy!
