Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
2 clove Garlic sliced thin
2 Chichen breasts ( about 6oz ) Sliced into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup Proscutto cut into small dice
1 cup Asparagus Cut into one inch lengths
3 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
TT Salt and Pepper TT= To Taste
8 ounce Dry Penne, Cooked about a half a box
Directions
Place your oil in a large sautee pan and put over medium heat. Add the chicken and sautee while stirring until it has a little color about 2 minutes. Add in the proscutto and stir until it too has a little color. Toss in the asparagus and sautee for about one minute. Add in the heavy cream and slightly reduce then put the parmesan cheese in. Add the cooked penne pasta, season To Taste with the salt and pepper. Divide into two large pasta bowls and serve. Enjoy!
