Ingredients

12 large Hardboiled eggs peeled
1 1/2 pounds Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
3 large Eggs Lightly beaten in a bowl
1 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions

Divide the sausage into 12 equal parts.  Place sausage between plastic wrap and roll out so the sausage is about ¼ inch thick.  Dip the eggs into the all purpose flour then wrap the sausage around the egg very tightly leaving no holes or gaps.  Place the eggs into the egg mixture then into the breadcrumbs.  Deep fry the eggs in a 350 degree preheated fryer for about five minutes. If you would like to bake these eggs you can put them in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. They should look golden brown and delicious!  Place on papertowels to absorb the excess oil and serve.  Enjoy!
