Ingredients
5 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
6 clove Garlic thinly sliced
1 large Shallot, thin-sliced
1 pound Large shrimp
1/2 cup White wine
8 ounce Dry linguine pasta cooked
4 tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
5 tablespoons Butter
TT Salt and Pepper TT= To Taste
Directions
Place the Extra virgin olive oil in a large sauté pan and put over medium heat. Add in the garlic and shallots and cook with out browning for about three minutes. This will flavor the oil. Add the shrimp and stir so they cook and get pink on all sides. Add the white wine and cook until 3/4th of it is cooked off. Add in the parsley and butter then the cooked pasta. Mix up until the parsley until it is even throughout the pasta. Season To Taste with salt and pepper and divide between two pasta bowls and serve. Enjoy!
