Ingredients
2 cups Coconut milk
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Sticky rice, cooked
4 tablespoons Palm sugar or light brown or white sugar
2 or 3 piece Ripe mangos, sliced
2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds optional
Directions

Method:
Heat the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat. Stir constantly and let the coconut milk simmer. Be careful simmering the milk if you boil it may separate. Add sugar, salt and remove from heat. Pour 3/4 of the hot coconut milk over the hot sticky rice, mix well and and let it sit for 5 minutes. The hot sticky rice will absorb all the coconut milk. The rice should be a little mushy. Spoon the rest of the coconut milk on top of the rice at serving time and garnish with fresh mango slices and sesame seeds.
