Ingredients
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon Brown sugar firmly packed
4 tablespoons White sugar
1/2 teaspoon Fresh ginger thinly sliced
2 tablespoons White sesame seeds
1 cup Onions thinly sliced
1 clove Garlic thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 piece Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless about 6 oz each
2 cups Jasmine rice cooked and hot
Directions
Method:
Place the soy sauce, mustard, brown sugar, white sugar and ginger in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Hold for service. Toast the sesame seeds in a sauté pan over medium heat until they are golden brown, remove from pan and hold for service. Place some oil in your sautee pan and keep it over medium heat then add the onions and garlic and cook until they are soft, about four minutes. Add the chicken and soy sauce mixture to the pan. Cover and simmer, turning the chicken over once, until the chicken is cooked through.
Service:
Place about one cup of rice on each heated plate. Slice up chicken and place it on the rice. Divide the sauce between the two dishes and garnish with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve, Enjoy!
