Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Grilled Pork, thinly sliced You can use chops, loin or almost any cut for this dish
2 cups Mint lightly packed
1/2 cup Green onions thinly sliced
1 Kafir lime leaf
2 large Shallots thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cilantro thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
3 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon Ground chilis crushed red pepper will work too
1 tablespoon Ground and toasted sticky rice Optional
Directions
Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Serve with warm sticky rice, enjoy!
